Our owners Bill or Dennis often ask customers about their experiences and their exact challenges, what they’re dealing with on a daily basis, and what could be improved. As a result, we recently discovered that most of our customers wanted us to provide some type of maintenance coverage for their residential heating and cooling equipment.


Listening to our customers and their needs yields an innovative solution for all. We believe we deliver exactly what our customers want in the way of coverage—an option that works for those who want full coverage and another option that works for those customers who only want yearly tune-ups for their furnaces, air conditioners, and boilers. Whatever our customers choose, we believe maintenance is the best way to reduce unexpected repairs, ensure top operating performance, lower utility costs, and prolong the life of their equipment.

Many of our customers enjoy the most complete coverage with our residential Premium Maintenance Plan. That agreement is between customers and Brothers Consolidated in which a set fee is paid for priority scheduling and service—along with furnace and A/C tune-ups, emergency service, multiple discounts, and more. Our program stresses preventive maintenance, a great way to ensure peak operating performance as well as prolong the life of heating and cooling equipment.

Other customers choose only annual tune-ups for their equipment, without the Premium Maintenance Plan coverage. Premium coverage includes seasonal tune-ups and many additional benefits. We also provide an a la carte menu of services—customers may choose maintenance only as needed, with our gas or oil furnace tune-ups, gas boiler tune-ups, or central air conditioning tune-ups.

We follow a routine process when we inspect and clean a customer’s furnace, boiler, or air conditioner. Our NATE-certified technicians inspect the entire system, replace the filter, check CO levels, check the humidifier, vacuum the unit, check for gas leaks, and more. During central air tune-ups, we check all components like the electrical connections, refrigerant level, condenser, coils, drain hose, and airflow. We can also inspect and clean gas and oil boilers. We service all makes and models of equipment, so our customers are covered any and all ways.
